An upcoming artist whose talent is right up there with the best of them.
A humble man who likes nothing more than to relax by his grandmothers' side.
Born Darrio Johnson and born in Trelawny, but raised in Kingston; Darrio says he didn't 'get into music' -
Music has always been in him.
The man with the very cute dimples and very cute smile made quite a big stage debut at Sitng 2005 after
winning a high school competition - following many stage performances prior.
This gave him the taste for the road he was destined to follow - and follow that road he did. (Or should I
say - he took on that road head on and didn't look back).
Linking up with brothers Konshens and Delus (formerly known as Sojah) along the way - he now counts
them as firm alliances - or in his words 'his brothers'.
Let me take a minute to address that relationship between Darrio, Konshens and Delus - the three of them
are quite something together, as well as a-part. When the three of them (or any combination of 2 of them)
are featured together in a video - you can literally feel the love... I quite like to think of them as the 'three
muskateers' - One for all and all for one!!
The amazing thing about Darrio is that he is so down to earth - although he admits to having gotten a big
head at times.
But family, friends and circumstances remind him of who is is and where he came from - at all times.
Darrio is set to fire up the place anytime now - all his years of hard work and dedication are finally paying
up!!
He has many fingers in many pies and each with a differenet flavour...
Invest a little bit of your time and energy into learning more about this man! I promise you will not regret
it!!
